Kenton Rental

We recently bought this house in Kenton. 

It was a bit of a project, but Jesse pulled it off like a pro.

It wasn't quite this bad when we got it, but I forgot to take pictures until after the ceiling was torn out.

Strangely enough, no matter what I did I couldn't capture the true look of the bathroom. The light was yellow, which made it look much better than it did in person. The walls were actually a dingy white.

Of course there are more of them because I like them better. :D

Living Room

It was difficult to capture the true likeness of these colours, but this one is pretty close.

Kitchen

Another good likeness of the colours. You can see in this one that the bedroom colour is lighter and more yellow than the kitchen walls. I absolutely fell in love with these colours.

Now the walls actually are yellow.
We added some  walking space by replacing the old toilet and sink with smaller ones.

I kinda love this house. 

At 800 square feet its pretty small, but the layout is brilliant 

so it doesn't feel that small when you're in it.

Perfect for a rental.
